On June 1, 2011 Rhodesia Holdings Pty Ltd t/a Lombard Security Group - Patrols reached agreement with Cooloola Security Pty Ltd t/a Darling Downs Security to merge Lombard's - Mobile Patrol Services including Cash In Transit ("CIT") and Alarm Responses into Darling Downs Security.
